Assessment Corrections Format
Warning !! In order to receive any points for corrections, all of the following instructions must be followed exactly.
- Do not write on your original assessment.
- You must have your corrected assessment stapled to the TOP of your original assessment.
- You must complete the following three steps for each part of the assessment in which you erred.
- Sentences for steps 1 and 2 should be completed on the back side of your original assessment , write legibly.
- Step 3 should be completed on the new assessment.
- In two sentences or less, clearly explain what your original thought process.
- In two sentences or less, clearly explain why your original thought process was incorrect.
- In two sentences or less, clearly justify your corrected thought process, then correctly solve.
In total, for each part of the assessment, there should be no more than 6 sentences of explanation.
